Announcement: Current Shipment Delays Due to COVID-19:
Globally, the postal system is experiencing shipment delays for domestic and international orders. Please ensure your country is still receiving mail from Canada and United States prior to placing an order and we are not responsible for any delays or disruptions once your order has been transferred from our hands to the shipping carrier. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we navigate the global pandemic.
What currency are your prices in?
All orders are processed in Canadian (CAD) dollars at checkout. The website has a currency conversion tool in the top right corner so you can change it to where you are located to give you a best estimate, however, these rates are not always accurate as they are unable to factor in your credit card foreign exchange rate and other factors. For non-Canadian customers, I recommend you check out with PayPal if you would like to know the exact price you will be charged.
What materials do you use?
Our stickers are made using a premium matte paper (also known as "unicorn paper" by many in the planning community). We also use foil on some of our stickers to add an extra special touch.
Do you have any coupon codes? How can I use them?
We occasionally have sales that are announced on our instagram page @missandmeow. There is a field at checkout where you can enter in coupon codes.
miss + meow also offers a rewards program where you can collect meow points through purchases and by referring friends. Meow points can be redeemed for coupons that you can enter at checkout.
Coupon codes and/or rewards codes cannot be combined. Also, we are unable to retroactively apply coupons or rewards to your order after it has been placed.
Can I change my order?
We are unable to modify orders once it has been placed. Please review your cart before submitting your purchase.
Can I change the ship-to address?
Please check that your address on file is correct before placing an order. Email us immediately if you notice an error.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by replying directly from your order confirmation email or via firstname.lastname@example.org or the form below and include your order number. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
When will my order ship?
We strive to get create and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Typically, our processing time is 1-2 weeks, however, this is subject to change at any time due to order volume or sales/shop events. Please refer to the announcement header at the top of all pages for the current processing times and it is also stated in your order confirmation email.
Which shipping carriers do you use? How much is shipping?
miss + meow is based in Ontario, Canada and domestic and international (except U.S.) orders are shipped via Canada Post. U.S. orders are shipped via a partner carrier from Canada that transfers it to USPS.
For stickers, we offer flat rate meaning that you can purchase as many items as you want and your shipping rate will not change. Please note that this policy does not apply to non-sticker items, larger items, or special boxes that the shop may offer occasionally. At checkout, you will see the correct rate depending on the items in your cart and address.

There can be delays with international orders due to the nature of the postal system and country's customs clearance process. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees and other taxes on their package. We cannot alter the value of your order for you on customs forms or mark as a gift in order to evade customs charges. Customs forms will reflect the cost of the item(s).
Can you combine orders to save on shipping?
To ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner, we cannot accommodate requests to combine shipping.
What is the return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so that we have the opportunity to fix things.

We strive to ensure that everything we send out meets our quality control and the highest standards but we are human and will make mistakes. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order so we have the opportunity to make things right. Include your order number, describe the issue, and attach pictures (optional) and we will work with you to resolve it.
